You might not have heard of Impossible Foods, but if things go right they could be the game changer in the meat industry. They're making hamburgers in a lab, out of plant materials. Apparently they're very difficult to distinguish from a real beef patty and probably impossible to do so when they're smothered in ketchup and mayo.
