Protests against Trump’s Muslim Ban gather pace

Trump's first week in office has been filled with executive orders which have left people baffled, but none more so then his Muslim Ban one. OK, he hasn't called it that, but it comes down to it which ever way you look at it. I'm sorry to say the man is about as unpresidential as they come.
Sure, a tough stance on certain matters is needed and the liberal world needs to rid itself of all the touchy-feely stuff and concentrate on the stuff that really matters. The world does not revolve around whether or not you can dress up as an Indian for a fancy dress party or if you have a safe space on your college campus. Some people have bigger worries, like feeding their kids, finding a job, paying off debt or fleeing a war zone. These are the people who need help.
Trump is currently signing off on stuff which he promised to those who voted for him, only because he can't actually materialize the stuff he promised to do which will actually help them, so he's playing to their fears. Or do you know a person in Ohio who is directly and positively affected by an Iraqi citizen with a green card now unable to enter the USA?
Anyways, he is galvanizing a movement against him and his ways and protests are gathering pace.
I'm just hoping people leaning towards the extreme right in European elections get a wake up call and I also hope people on the left wake up and start concentrating on helping people again instead of helping feelings.

Best Pictures Of 2016

I just checked out what I wrote in 2015 and it turns out nothing has changed. Absolutely nothing. Syria is still one big mess. Innocent refugees still want to flee countless frightening war zones. The Brexit has isolated and divided Britain a little more. Trump has done the same in the US. France was once again hit with terrorist attacks. And falling oil prices have given companies and consumers the excuse not to care about the environment as much.
I would be really good if we could let 2016 be and concentrate on making 2017 a year to never forget for the right reasons.
